Refunds & Reprints

We proudly offer a 5 - day refund after item has been sent back to us and checked.

If we can see that it was not a manufacturer or printing fault there will be no refund sorry.
It is the customers responsibility to pay for returned shipping ( we advise to pay for a tracking 
service).  We take NO responsibility for items that go missing.

Initiate a refund or exchange request by contacting us within 5 days of receiving your order. 
We commit to quality issues
or non-compliance with specifications, excluding cases 
involving poor-quality source files. Approval from our management is mandatory for refund or 
exchange
requests unrelated to quality.
Before confirming your order, double-check the accuracy of all shipping address details. 

Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not been processed within 7 business days:

Contact your credit card company, allowing time for official processing.

Connect with your bank, acknowledging the standard processing time.

Delivery COST :

Standard Delivery (7-10 Working days excl.  Bank holidays ) - Delivery Charge £4.99

Express Delivery Next Day Guaranteed when item is dispatched - Before 1pm Delivery Charge £12.00

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your 
order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at Hughroarsales@hotmail.com
